Blogger Zhuzefina Zhauynbayeva has become the subject of a police investigation following her livestreams on social media, where she claimed to have been subjected to unlawful sexual acts by her father during childhood. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
According to police, video materials featuring the girl spread on social networks. During the livestream, she used profanity and displayed inappropriate behavior. Police officers conducted an investigation, interviewed relatives, and examined the published materials. According to the girl's parents, the information in the videos does not correspond to reality. They also stated that they have not maintained contact with their daughter for a long time.
Police emphasized that the arguments of all parties will be verified. Meanwhile, based on the parents' statement, administrative proceedings have been initiated for spreading false information. The girl will also face liability for petty hooliganism. The police department reminded of the responsibility for such actions: "Any false information is subject to legal assessment and entails punishment provided for by both administrative and criminal legislation."

Users published fragments of the broadcasts and commented on her statements about her family and show business representatives. Previously, Kursiv reported that Almaty resident Eleonora, known on social media as Lelya Berg, publicly spoke about experiencing violence from her father in childhood and said she is seeking to reopen the investigation. The reason for a new wave of discussions was a video of her conversation with her father, in which the man denies the allegations and claims he does not understand what is being discussed.
