Kazakhstan has recorded a 1.8-fold decrease in the number of people infected with acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI) compared to last year's figure. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to the Ministry of Health, the number of registered ARVI cases in the current epidemic season is 1.8 times lower than last year's level. This indicator reflects a significant decline in morbidity among the population of the republic.
The ministry attributes this change to the population's active participation in immunization measures and compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements. However, no additional information on specific causes was provided.
