A 23-year-old woman in Astana has been held administratively liable after filming strange content for social media. She used a road sign instead of a pole to shoot a viral video. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

The violation was detected by police officers during social media monitoring. In the published footage, the woman climbs onto a pedestrian crossing sign and dances around it. According to police, her actions nearly damaged a city infrastructure object and demonstrated disregard for public norms.

"The identity of the violator was promptly established. She was held administratively liable for petty hooliganism. By court decision, the woman was fined 20 MCI," the Astana Police Department reported.

Earlier, Kursiv wrote about a blogger in Astana who received 10 days of arrest for a prank involving police and the military commissariat. And recently, a resident of Semey was fined for dancing on the hood of a car.
