In the Aksu district of the Zhetysu region, a domestic conflict between local traders escalated into a fight, resulting in one of the women being hospitalized. The video of the incident was distributed by the Telegram channel "Kriminalny Kazakhstan". This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
The footage shows one of the conflict participants approaching a woman lying on the ground and kicking her in the face. At that moment, a police officer is standing nearby.
According to local residents, the conflict may have been caused by a struggle for customers. The situation escalated after some of the sellers were moved to a specially equipped market.
As a result of the brawl, one of the women sustained injuries and was taken to the hospital.
The police department of the Zhetysu region reported that a criminal case has been opened on the fact of battery. All participants in the incident were identified and taken to the district police department.
According to preliminary data, the suspect and the victim were previously acquainted.
"Currently, necessary investigative actions are being carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of what happened and giving a legal assessment of the actions of the conflict participants," the regional police department reported.
Following the investigation, a procedural decision will be made in accordance with the law.
Earlier, "Kursiv" reported that in the Aktobe region, a 26-year-old man died after a fight at a wedding he attended as a guest. A criminal case was opened, the suspect was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
