The incident became known on July 23, 2026. A resident of Zhetysu region complained about the illegal seizure of his car. The Prosecutor General's Office conducted an inspection and determined that the car should be returned to the owner. The Prosecutor General stated that the car was returned to the owner as a result of an amnesty act.
