Health Minister Akmaral Alnazarova spoke about plans to change the procedure for issuing licenses to private clinics. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Currently, the ministry can exercise control in a proactive format. As a result, measures such as suspending a license or suspending a medical worker from work are taken. If the warning is not fulfilled, the license is suspended.
This year, based on the results of inspections, licenses of 78 medical organizations, including dental clinics, were revoked.
According to the health minister, private clinics receive a license once and then operate. There is no need to frequently confirm the material and technical base.
«We propose to revise this norm and return urgent licensing. Then it will be necessary to confirm compliance of the material and technical base at least once every five years. All these measures are aimed at a single goal. We, as a state regulator, are committed to implementing this,» Alnazarova said at a briefing in the government.
It is worth noting that today the minister also announced who exactly will receive salary increases.
