In Kyzylorda Region, a man who showed cruelty to an animal has been held liable. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to the regional police department, the man cruelly bit a cat during a livestream on the TikTok social network, showing cruelty toward it. The incident occurred on September 21.
Police officers promptly conducted checks based on the video recording. They identified the person who committed cruelty to the animal and brought him to the police station.
"He turned out to be 43-year-old resident of Zhambyl Region Serik Ketenov. He was given an administrative punishment in the form of a fine," police said.
In addition, he received an official warning not to allow such actions.
