In the Zhambyl region, more than 80,000 residents of populated areas have been provided with gas using returned assets. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
In the Zhambyl region, the construction of the automated gas distribution station "Shu" is being completed. The government allocated 2.9 billion tenge from the Special State Fund for this purpose. The launch of the station will make it possible to solve the problem of gas shortage during the heating season.
"Currently, the district is supplied with natural gas through the automated gas distribution station 'Kordai', located more than 100 kilometers from the city of Shu. The capacity of this station is not designed for the growth in consumption volumes," the message says.
The commissioning of the new facility will remove infrastructure constraints and ensure uninterrupted supply of blue fuel to the residential sector, the central boiler house, and business facilities.
Overall, the project will provide stable gas supply to 84,000 residents of the Shu and Moyynkum districts, as well as resume the issuance of technical conditions to new subscribers.
Currently, 29 units of equipment and kits have been installed at the construction site, and work is underway to connect inter-block communications.
