A resident of Taraz was arrested for 10 days for drifting, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
At night, one of the surveillance cameras recorded a case of dangerous drifting in a BMW car. As a result of the measures taken, police officers identified and detained the offender.
He turned out to be a 25-year-old resident of the regional center. For a gross violation of traffic rules, he was sentenced by a court to 10 days of administrative arrest.
Police note that drifting on roads and other dangerous maneuvers that pose a threat to traffic entail liability provided for by law, including administrative arrest.
