The Green Bazaar in Almaty will host another ZVUK FESTIVAL party on October 16. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

For one night, the main pavilion of the bazaar on Zhibek Zholy Avenue will turn into a dance floor. The festival will be dedicated to the East and the Silk Road, with a lineup featuring electronic artists from Turkey, Iran, China, and Kazakhstan.

The headliner will be CEM, a Turkish-born DJ, co-founder and resident of the Berlin techno community Herrensauna.

Also performing in Almaty for the first time will be Iranian DJ MSIYAN and Chinese artist LIUYANG. The lineup also includes Nazira feat. SAMRATTAMA, Almaty Tüni: Arsen Superfly b2b Bismildin, E.T. b2b AKEE, and Milktea b2b APOLLA.

The party will start at 20:00. Tickets are available on Freedom Ticketon.

Earlier, Kursiv LifeStyle walked through the Green Bazaar and captured its appearance in a photo report before the large-scale reconstruction. Recall that in February 2026, it became known that the Almaty landmark would get a new look by 2028.

According to the plan, the renovated Green Bazaar should become part of the ensemble of the old city center. Directly opposite the market, the Radisson Turkistan business-class apart-hotel is being built, and in January, a pedestrian zone on Pushkin Street was officially opened.
