Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky intends to dismiss Prime Minister Svyrydenko and reshuffle the government. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
"We discussed in detail with Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko. We decided that changes require a reshuffle of the Cabinet of Ministers," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
Svyrydenko herself confirmed that she would leave the post. Zelensky said he offered her to lead a new direction. The Ukrainian leader noted that the relevant personnel changes in the government would be carried out jointly with deputies.
Svyrydenko held the post for about a year; prior to that, she headed the Ministry of Economy.
