Yandex has warned users about the malfunctioning of a number of services on Sunday morning. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The company's warnings were addressed to residents of both Russia and Kazakhstan.
Message in the Yandex Pay app
"Yandex Pay also has its own home — the Yandex data center. Our engineers are now ensuring it works again, and we have been delayed a bit. We are already doing everything so the app can be used again," the message in the Yandex Pay app said.
It also said there are currently difficulties with orders and that writing to support is temporarily not working — we are fixing it, the message said.
Glitch in the Yandex Go app
Earlier, users encountered a glitch in the Yandex Go taxi-hailing app in the Moscow area. For now, there is no way to contact the support service through the Yandex Go app.
