"As for Ukraine, right now we are focused on stopping the conflict if possible," he told reporters in Iceland, where he was on a visit.
In addition, Marco Rubio stated that the possibility of Ukraine joining NATO is not on the agenda.
"At present, Ukraine's membership in NATO is not on the agenda," he told reporters.
