Ukraine's battlefield shift has not solved its humanitarian crisis, the International Rescue Committee (IRC) said. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Reuters.
According to IRC experts, despite the shift in military operations, civilians remain in a dire situation. The number of people in need of humanitarian aid has not decreased, and in some regions it has even increased. The organization expressed concern over the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Ukraine and called on the international community to increase aid.
