UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres' official representative Stephane Dujarric said this while answering journalists' questions.
"There is still an opportunity to establish peace in Ukraine. We do not believe that this opportunity has been lost," Dujarric said.
The Secretary-General's representative noted the need to resolve this conflict through diplomatic dialogue.
