The Armed Forces of Ukraine attempted to attack two oil refineries in the Saratov and Ryazan regions. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
This was stated by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak during the "Russian Energy Week".
"We see that the Ukrainian side does not show any intention of a truce in the energy sector," he said.
Earlier, US President Donald Trump made statements about possible agreements between Moscow and Kyiv.
Commenting on this statement, presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov noted that the parties are in contact. He also added that the Kremlin will provide relevant information if there is significant news on this issue.
