A drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck a bus traveling from Minsk to Anapa. Two Belarusian citizens who were driving the bus were injured. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
They refused hospitalization in the Bryansk region and were evacuated to the Gomel region. Among the bus passengers were six Russian citizens. They are currently in a temporary accommodation center.
The drone used to attack the Belarusian bus in the Bryansk region was of an aircraft type. This was stated by the acting governor of the region, Alexander Kovalchuk, who confirmed that the strike was deliberate. Russia's Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on terrorism.
This is the second attack by Ukraine on a bus carrying Belarusian citizens in the last two weeks. On June 17, a Ukrainian drone struck a bus heading to Gelendzhik in the Bryansk region. There were 44 people on board, including 28 young football players. As a result, a pregnant woman died, and her husband was seriously injured. Six more people, including four children, were injured.
