Alexander Chugaynov, 29, the creator of the popular YouTube channel 'Voron TV' and owner of the famous raven Gosha, has died. His kind and touching videos about life with an intelligent bird were watched by millions of viewers, including in Kazakhstan. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

According to a message in the 'Lysva Today' group on VKontakte, the blogger passed away on August 19. The farewell ceremony took place in the city of Lysva in Perm Krai.

Chugaynov found a two-week-old chick under a fallen tree back in 2020. He nursed it, built an aviary, and taught it commands. The duo quickly conquered social media, won the all-Russian competition in the show 'Videli Video', and even appeared in the fairy-tale film 'Ognivo'. The blogger's channel has over 2.2 million subscribers.

Chugaynov's brother, Alexey, confirmed the tragic news and explained that the blogger died by his own will. According to him, it happened 'in the moment' and no one could influence Chugaynov's decision.

Fans from across the CIS are expressing condolences in the comments and worrying about the fate of the intelligent pet. Relatives said that the raven Gosha remains in his native aviary. The bird misses its owner and often looks thoughtfully toward the garden, but feels well. The family has fully taken over care for Gosha and is now trying to establish a warm connection with him.

Earlier, Kursiv LifeStyle wrote that in the Swedish city of Södertälje, an unusual ecological project was launched — wild crows are being attracted to clean the streets. The birds were trained to collect discarded cigarette butts in exchange for treats.
