The National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has introduced a new digital module for psychological support and selection of servicemen, especially young soldiers. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to the ministry, the implementation of the system reduced result processing time from two hours to 10-15 minutes and decreased the volume of documentation by 80%. The saving of working time for psychological service specialists amounted to approximately 2,000 hours.
The system integrates psychological testing, automatic processing of results, and formation of analytical data into a single centralized process. The platform provides for psychological testing of conscripts, contract servicemen, and officers.
One of the main advantages of E-Nazar is a high level of personal data protection and high speed of information processing. The electronic versions of psychological methods were developed by two National Guard soldiers — Corporal Kim Hyun U and Private Berikzhan Bektursynov under the guidance of senior officers. The information product they created is patented, confirming its novelty and practical significance.
The effectiveness of the digital system was confirmed during practical testing in the capital's military unit 5573. After successful testing, the project is ready to become a unified tool for automated psychological monitoring in all units of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
