As of July 1, 2026, under the National Fund for Children program, 333,809 applications have been fulfilled and $62.71 million transferred for housing and education. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The majority of fulfilled applications were related to improving housing conditions. In this direction, over $41.01 million was transferred for 216,060 applications. For education fees, 117,749 applications were fulfilled, spending $21.69 million.
The recipient of targeted savings can use the funds in full or in part. The unused amount is stored in a targeted savings account for 10 years. Funds not used within this period are later transferred to the recipient's individual pension account for accounting of voluntary pension contributions.
Parents or other legal representatives can check information about a child under 18 participating in the program by entering the child's IIN on the website kids.enpf.kz, in the personal account on the eGov.kz portal, as well as in the eGov Mobile app and mobile apps of second-tier banks.
If the child's targeted requirements are not displayed based on 2025 calculations, documents need to be updated in the mobile app. In the eGov Mobile app: "Digital Documents" – "Family" – "Update document list" – "Accrued funds from the National Fund". In mobile apps of second-tier banks such as Kaspi.kz: "Government services" – "All documents" – "Update document list" – "Accrued funds from the National Fund".
