The draft of the three-year budget was presented at the Kurultai. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

In 2027, 35 percent of the budget — 10.5 trillion tenge — will be allocated to healthcare, education and the social sector.

For example, in medicine, significant funds will be spent on free care, medicines and medical insurance.

In the field of education, measures are planned such as advanced training for 76 thousand teachers, health improvement and rehabilitation for 18 thousand children, and improving the level and quality of education in "Keleshek Mektepteri".

According to Vice Minister of Finance Abzal Beisenbekuly, no funds are provided for raising the salaries of teachers and doctors over the next three years.

"In the budget for 2027-2029, no funds are provided for increasing or raising wages for this category of employees," Beisenbekuly said at a briefing during the Kurultai.

It is worth noting that over the past few years, teachers' salaries have doubled.

The salaries of doctors three years ago were half a million tenge. This year, doctors' salaries increased to 519 thousand tenge — minister.
