Government Resigns: Will Fulfill Duties Until New Cabinet Approved

Before the newly elected Assembly of Kazakhstan, the government resigned its powers. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

The document states: "The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall perform its duties until the approval of the new composition of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan."

The first session of the Assembly has opened.
