In the Turkistan region, fines of 237 million tenge were imposed for violating public cleanliness. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Since the beginning of 2026, administrative measures have been taken against violators of order in public places.
Littering of public places
Under the article "Littering of public places," 5,746 administrative protocols were drawn up, and fines totaling 170.6 million tenge were imposed. Of these, 114.3 million tenge were collected.
Violation of improvement rules
Under the article on violation of the rules for the improvement of cities and settlements, 7,978 administrative protocols were drawn up. Fines of 45.2 million tenge were imposed, of which 31.6 million tenge were collected.
"From the rural district akimats, 3,784 protocols were drawn up under this article, and fines totaling 21.5 million tenge were imposed. To date, 11.9 million tenge have been collected. Of these, 3,395 were warnings, and 389 were fine protocols," the message says.
Raid activities
Raid and preventive work is regularly carried out in the region. Recently, a mobile group in the Zhetysai, Maktaaral and Shardara districts, during raid activities in parks, squares and public places, identified 76 cases of violation of cleanliness rules, and administrative protocols were drawn up.
