Trisigma has announced the expansion of access to its platform for A/B testing and product analytics. The solution is now available to companies in Kazakhstan, Armenia, Georgia, and Uzbekistan. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
A/B testing allows businesses to check which variant of a product change works better. For example, users can be simultaneously shown two versions of a website page or an app feature: one left unchanged, and the other made new. The company then compares the results and sees which variant more often leads to the desired user action.
This approach is used to avoid launching changes to the entire audience at once. First, a new feature or design can be tested on a portion of users, and then, after obtaining results, a decision can be made on further implementation.
Trisigma automates this process. The platform distributes users into groups, allows creating control groups, launching experiments, calculating and storing product metrics, and analyzing results. According to the company, more than 60 companies already use the solution.
In Kazakhstan, Trisigma will be available in two versions. Trisigma Essential is designed for managing experiment audiences and product releases. It allows controlling test intersections, forming control groups, and transferring results to analytics systems.
Trisigma Enterprise is designed for advanced analytics. The system allows working simultaneously with dozens, hundreds, and thousands of metrics, comparing experiment results for different user groups, planning research design, and launching an experiment from a single interface.
At the same time, the platform's capabilities are not limited to comparing two variants of a page or feature. Companies can gradually roll out new capabilities for users, first testing them on a limited audience. A new feature can be enabled or disabled for all users or only for specific segments.
In addition to the platform itself, Trisigma offers consulting services. Specialists help companies build product experimentation processes, define metrics, work with mathematical statistics, prepare data, and train teams. The services also include assessing the company's current level, recommendations, implementation support, and training.
Trisigma was developed by Avito for conducting and analyzing A/B experiments. In 2025, Avito acquired the Sigma product analytics platform from EXPF. According to the company, after the deal, the expertise of the Trisigma team was strengthened, and the platform's capabilities were expanded.
One of the arguments in favor of a ready-made platform, the company cites the cost of developing its own infrastructure. According to Trisigma's estimate, creating and subsequently supporting it in-house costs an average of from $600 thousand per year. A license for a ready-made solution starts from $30 thousand per year (more than 13 million tenge).
"In the markets of Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, we see potential for ready-made technological solutions that allow companies to launch experiments faster and test product hypotheses instead of creating their own infrastructure from scratch," says Vitaly Cheremisinov, head of Trisigma at Avito.
The platform can be used in three formats: as a SaaS cloud service, in a virtual private cloud, or on the company's own infrastructure. In the latter case, the client gets greater control over data and can take into account their own security and regulatory requirements.
You can work with Trisigma through an application, browser, or API. The latter option allows integrating the platform with other corporate systems.
A virtual private cloud provides an isolated environment within cloud infrastructure. In the on-premise option, the solution is deployed directly on the client's infrastructure.
Thus, companies in Kazakhstan receive a ready-made tool for conducting experiments with digital products – from distributing users into groups and launching a test to calculating indicators and analyzing results.
