US President Donald Trump called the Ukrainian forces' strikes on Russian oil refineries illogical, despite repeated calls not to carry them out.
Earlier, Trump expressed dissatisfaction with Vladimir Zelensky's unwillingness to agree to peace deals and his refusal to stop strikes on oil refineries in Russia.
In turn, Zelensky stated that the ban on strikes on oil refineries in Russia has now been lifted.
"If you tell me that Zelensky is again striking oil refineries, then what he is achieving is only higher world oil prices. There are plenty of other targets. There is no reason for them [to strike oil refineries]," Trump said in an interview with Newsmax TV channel.
