US President Donald Trump refused to disclose specific details of Washington's next steps regarding Iran. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
According to official statements from the White House press service, the American leader only intrigued the public with words that amid the protracted conflict with Tehran, "certain events will happen in the near future," keeping their essence secret.
"If I told you, it would be a big news story, wouldn't it? But you will all see. Everything is shaping up very well. Iran's affairs are not going very well," Trump said.
Recall that Trump officially confirmed he rejected the "seven-day plan" proposed by Iran through Qatar. Tehran proposed opening the Strait of Hormuz in exchange for lifting oil sanctions, ending the naval blockade, and observing a ceasefire regime in Iran and Lebanon. The US president called these conditions unacceptable, stating that Iranian negotiators "demanded everything at once."
Earlier, Kursiv wrote that Trump harshly insulted Iran's leadership.
