Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will make a working visit to Avaza on October 8-9 at the invitation of Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The information was announced by the Akorda. During the trip, the head of state will take part in several international summits.
According to the Akorda statement, as part of the visit the President plans to attend the eighth Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia and Azerbaijan, the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the CIS, and the Caspian Ecological Summit.
Thus, the Kazakh leader will participate in three main events: the eighth Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia and Azerbaijan, the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the CIS, and the Caspian Ecological Summit.
It was previously reported that Tokayev would visit Azerbaijan in October.
