Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on his birthday. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Turkmenistan has embarked on a path of dynamic development and achieved impressive success in strengthening statehood, socio-economic modernisation and enhancing the country's position on the international stage.
"We highly appreciate your contribution to the Kazakh-Turkmen strategic partnership in order to bring multifaceted cooperation between our states to a new level," the President of Kazakhstan wrote in the congratulatory telegram.
The Head of State wished the President of Turkmenistan inexhaustible energy and continued success in his responsible work for the benefit of the fraternal Turkmen people.
