Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received Foreign Minister Mukhtar Tileuberdi. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
During the meeting, the President outlined the main tasks of the ministry, instructing to consistently promote Kazakhstan's national interests, strengthen balanced foreign policy and develop economic diplomacy.
According to Akorda, special attention was paid to intensifying multilateral cooperation and improving the effectiveness of work to protect the rights and interests of Kazakh citizens abroad.
The schedule of upcoming international events with the participation of the Head of State was also considered.
