Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that the eternal comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries, based on friendship and good neighborliness, is developing at a new pace.
He also emphasized that this year's meeting in Shanghai strengthened the common vision of the prospects for mutual interaction and opened the way to expanding the horizons of multifaceted cooperation.
The President wished the Chairman of China success in his responsible state service and prosperity to the friendly Chinese people.
