President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that the first composition of Kurultai deputies bears special responsibility. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The head of state said that deputies must be faithful to the people's mandate and serve the interests of the state, and this must never be forgotten.
In this regard, Tokayev recalled that the "Adilet" party won by a majority of votes. According to him, the demands, hopes, and trust placed in this party are extremely high.
"Therefore, it is very important to unite society around common interests and become the driving force of reforms. I am confident that this task will be successfully accomplished," Tokayev concluded.
