President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, in his congratulation on Republic Day, stated that Kazakhstan is entering a new stage of development. He highlighted changes in public administration, the introduction of artificial intelligence, and projects to improve the well-being of citizens. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
According to the president, the national holiday symbolizes the revival of the centuries-old Kazakh statehood.
«We have passed a long and thorny path of sovereign development, filled with landmark events and significant achievements. By the 35th anniversary of Independence, Kazakhstan has established itself as a mature state with a strong economy and a progressive society, a respected and influential middle power. This year opens a milestone stage, in essence, a new cycle in the country's chronicle,» the congratulation reads.
The president paid special attention to the entry into force of the Constitution. He called this event historic and noted that it attracted the attention of the international community.
«The Constitution gave a powerful impetus to the renewal of the public administration system, fundamental changes in politics, economy, culture and social sphere. Relying on constitutional values, we will firmly follow our strategic course of progressive transformations and implement all the tasks facing us,» the president said.
Tokayev named the strength of state institutions and the quality of human capital as the basis of Kazakhstan's global competitiveness.
The president also spoke about the introduction of technologies and the construction of social facilities.
«Now we are systematically introducing advanced technologies and innovations, expanding the use of artificial intelligence. We are opening modern production facilities, modernizing infrastructure, building schools, hospitals and other social facilities. Our plans include many projects aimed at improving the well-being of the people,» Tokayev noted.
He separately emphasized the importance of knowledge, conscientious work, responsibility and patriotism. According to him, Kazakhstanis look confidently into the future, united around common goals.
«We are building our common home, strengthening the spirit of the nation, forming a new public ethics, rooting the values of Law and Order, Cleanliness and Love of Nature, Unity and Consent. I am convinced that through joint efforts we will strengthen our Sovereignty and build a Just, Safe, Progressive and Clean Kazakhstan,» the president concluded.
Earlier, the head of state attended the festive concert «Жаңа дәуір – жаңа белес» dedicated to Republic Day.
