Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a congratulatory telegram to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Vladimir Putin on the national holiday – Russia Day. The telegram reads: "Kazakhstan highly values the friendly and good-neighborly relations with fraternal Russia, which are consistently developing in the spirit of strategic partnership and alliance. Your recent state visit to Kazakhstan is of particular importance. Its results have expanded the horizons of mutually beneficial cooperation and given a new impetus to the implementation of large-scale projects and initiatives. I am confident that thanks to our joint efforts, interstate ties between Kazakhstan and Russia will continue to dynamically develop in all areas."
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev wished Vladimir Putin success in his responsible state activities for the benefit and prosperity of the Russian Federation.
