Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has ordered a crackdown on organizations created solely to absorb state orders. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The President received information that a number of republican public associations are registered only on paper.
Fake structures
According to the head of state, such organizations essentially have nothing but a loud name, meaning they are fake structures.
"Such organizations were clearly created not to protect the interests of citizens, but for another purpose, frankly speaking, for careerist purposes. In some cases this reached the level of fraud. Therefore, such facts will be sent to the attention of law enforcement agencies," Tokayev said at the first session of the National Kurultai.
According to him, it is necessary to stop the work of "service" organizations created only to absorb state orders.
Provocations on the language issue
It is worth noting that today the head of state also criticized those spreading provocative opinions on the language issue on social networks. Some provocateurs stir up ethnic discord and deliberately add fuel to the fire – Tokayev.
