Tokayev instructed:

  • 01further development of culture and creative industries;
  • 02strengthening efforts to preserve and widely promote historical and cultural heritage;
  • 03promoting Kazakh culture on the international arena;
  • 04revitalizing the domestic information space, including improving legislative work taking into account modern digital risks;
  • 05consistently continuing work to strengthen public harmony, creating conditions for the realization of the creative potential of young people.
