Kazakhs have a special affection for the fraternal Belarusian people and treat their original culture and rich traditions with great respect," the telegram reads.
The head of state noted that fruitful and mutually beneficial cooperation has been established between Kazakhstan and Belarus in the spirit of friendship and strategic partnership. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev wished Alexander Lukashenko success in his responsible state service and prosperity to the Belarusian people.
