Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has arrived in Brussels on an official visit. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
On the occasion of the Kazakh president's arrival, a guard of honor was formed at the airport of the Belgian capital. According to the presidential press service, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was met by the European Union's Special Representative for Central Asia Eduards Stiprais and other officials.
Tomorrow, the head of state will hold bilateral negotiations with EU leaders Antonio Costa and Ursula von der Leyen at the headquarters of the European Council. A number of important joint documents will be signed during the visit.
