In today's address, the President particularly noted that full-fledged social infrastructure is an important condition for improving the quality of life of the population.
"Therefore, we will focus our main attention on creating infrastructure. I have said before that Kazakhstan must become a large-scale construction site. This is not about individual projects. In general, it is necessary to launch and intensify mass construction in all regions," Tokayev said.
According to the President, first of all it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive study and analysis and determine in detail the needs of the regions for healthcare, education, culture and sports facilities. This work must be completed as soon as possible.
