Tokayev congratulates Armenian Prime Minister on parliamentary election victory
As reported by Sputnik Kazakhstan, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on his victory in the parliamentary elections. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
In his congratulatory telegram, Tokayev expressed sincere congratulations to Pashinyan on his confident victory in the elections and confirmed his readiness for further development of bilateral cooperation.
According to Tokayev, friendly relations and strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and Armenia are strengthening every year. The President noted his readiness to expand political, economic, and cultural-humanitarian ties between the two countries.
In addition, Tokayev wished Pashinyan success in his further activities, and the people of Armenia peace and prosperity.
Recall that the parliamentary elections in Armenia took place on June 6, 2026. According to the election results, the party "Civil Contract" led by Nikol Pashinyan won.
The congratulation from the President of Kazakhstan testifies to the high level of friendly relations between the two countries.
