Tokayev Reappoints Heads of Six Ministries

The President of Kazakhstan has reappointed the heads of six ministries, the Akorda press service reported. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

By decree of the Head of State:

• 01Yerlan Akkenzhenov was appointed Minister of Energy;
• 02Yersaiyn Nagaspayev was appointed Minister of Industry and Construction;
• 03Zholdas Suleimenova was appointed Minister of Education;
• 04Arman Shakaliyev was appointed Minister of Trade and Integration;
• 05Nurzhan Nurzhigitov was appointed Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation;
• 06Akmaral Alnazarova was appointed Minister of Health.

The heads of six departments retained their positions in the government. Earlier, the President appointed a new head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Takiyev and Sauranbayev retained their positions in the government.
