Tempus has agreed to acquire cancer test maker Personalis for $1.5 billion. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Reuters.
The acquisition is aimed at strengthening Tempus's position in oncology diagnostics. Personalis develops and manufactures tests for detecting cancer.
