Videos are circulating on social media showing a truck carrying pigs overturning on a highway near Temirtau in the Karaganda region. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
The incident was commented on by the Police Department of the Karaganda region.
The video shows that most of the animals were not injured. They got out of the truck body and scattered across the grass near the highway. The truck's windshield cracked.

According to preliminary data from the Police Department, the incident occurred in the morning of September 19 at the 188th kilometer of the Astana–Karaganda highway, near the Temirtau overpass. The 39-year-old driver of the Scania lost control, and the vehicle overturned. The man was transporting 193 animals from Kokshetau to Tashkent.
"As a result of the traffic accident, the animals got out beyond the roadway and are in a steppe area. There are no injured people," the police press service noted.
In the comments, users recall that a tigress was released relatively close to this location and sympathize with the driver, who is most likely financially responsible for the animals. Someone jokingly suggests opening a shashlik restaurant near the accident site.
