A video circulating on social media clearly shows three people standing at a crossroads. A girl with a backpack follows them. At that moment, an excavator with a bucket ran over her with two wheels. The third person did not manage to cross the road.
According to information provided by the police of the Zhetisu region, a criminal case has been opened into the death. “The driver of a Volvo excavator ran over a minor girl at a pedestrian crossing at the intersection. The driver of the vehicle has been placed in a temporary detention facility,” the police said.
