By decree of the Head of State, Tatyana Mikhailovna Savelyeva has been appointed Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The Akorda statement reads: "By decree of the Head of State, Tatyana Mikhailovna Savelyeva has been appointed Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan."
Recall that today the powers of Kurultai deputy Tatyana Savelyeva were terminated at her own request.
What we know about Tatyana Savelyeva
Tatyana Savelyeva was born on April 11, 1976 in the city of Tselinograd, Akmola region.
In 1994 she graduated from the Akmola Construction College with a degree in "technician-manager", and in 2001 from the Akmola Agrarian University named after S. Seifullin with a degree in "economist-manager". In 2007 she received a master's degree in economics from the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov.
She began her career in 1992 as a secretary at the Small Private Enterprise Bureau of Commercial Relations in Akmola. Over the years she held various positions in the fields of finance, budget and economic planning.
In 2013-2014 – Director of the Department for Planning Budget Programs of State Bodies and Improving the Remuneration System of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2014-2016 – Director of the Budget Planning Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2016-2023 – Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since March 2023 – Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the VII convocation.
In August 2026 she was elected as a deputy of the Kurultai. However, today she prematurely resigned her deputy mandate.
She speaks Kazakh, Russian and English. Married, has two sons.
