In Astana, measures to prevent offenses at Tarlan Astana stations have been strengthened. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Regular preventive actions are being held at LRT stations aimed at ensuring public order and improving legal literacy of passengers. Employees of the transport prosecutor's office together with transport police explain the rules of safe behavior at transport facilities, remind about liability for administrative and criminal offenses, and also answer citizens' questions and distribute informational leaflets.
Since the launch of Tarlan Astana, 34 applications from passengers have been considered, and 10 administrative materials have been drawn up. In addition, more than 113 forgotten items, including mobile phones, bags, and other personal belongings, have been returned to their owners, - said representatives of the prosecutor's office.
Preventive measures are carried out on a regular basis.
