The Central Election Commission has resolved to allow 7 parties to participate in the upcoming Kurultai elections. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

At today's meeting, a separate resolution was issued for each party. Thus, seven parties will participate in the upcoming elections. They are: Akzhol; Auyl; Adilet; Nationwide Social Democratic Party; "Baitak" Green Party; People's Party of Kazakhstan; Respublica.

Also, at the commission meeting, registered political parties were listed. Among them is the Amanat party. According to Vice Minister of Justice Botagoz Zhakselekova, the work on reorganizing the party has not yet been completed.

"At the congresses of the Amanat and ADILET parties, a decision was made to merge the Amanat party into the ADILET party through reorganization. Currently, work is underway to reorganize the Amanat party. In this regard, organizational and legal measures are being carried out," said Zhakselekova.

And the Chairman of the Central Election Commission, Nurlan Abdirov, announced that an official letter had been received from the Amanat party today. According to it, party members will not participate in the upcoming elections.
