In August this year, atmospheric drought is expected in some regions of Kazakhstan. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to forecasters, drought will occur in several localities of 7 regions in August. The list:
- 01**West Kazakhstan Region:** Bokey Orda and Zhanibek districts
- 02**Aktobe Region:** Shalkar and Yrgyz districts
- 03**Atyrau Region:** Kurmangazy district
- 04**Almaty Region:** Balkhash district
- 05**Zhambyl Region:** Moyynkum, Korday, Sarysu, Talas and Zhambyl districts
- 06**Turkistan Region:** Arys, Suzak, Kazygurt, Ordabasy, Shardara, Zhetisay, Baydibek and Keles districts
- 07**Kyzylorda Region:** Kazaly, Karmakshy, Shieli districts and Kyzylorda city
Meanwhile, in Timiryazev district of North Kazakhstan Region and Uzynkol district of Kostanay Region, the weather will be moderately humid, according to meteorologists.
In the rest of the country, moisture conditions will be close to normal.
