Taliban delegates from across the country attended a meeting that opens celebrations marking the fifth anniversary of the U.S. withdrawal and the start of Taliban rule, at the Loya Jirga Hall in Kabul, Afghanistan, Saturday. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Associated Press.

According to the Associated Press, on the eve of the anniversary, on Friday, four young girls dressed in matching outfits held Taliban flags in Kabul, and armed Taliban police stood along a street. Young children looked out from a car as a Taliban flag was held nearby.
