A woman in Taldykorgan has been held administratively liable for violating public decency norms during a live broadcast on TikTok. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to Polisia.kz, during a routine monitoring, a citizen was identified who, during a live broadcast on the TikTok social network, violated public decency norms and used obscene words. The offender is a 44-year-old resident of Taldykorgan.
The police noted that during the check it was established that she had previously been brought to administrative responsibility for a similar offense. However, despite this, she again violated the requirements of the law.
By a court ruling, the woman was fined. The exact amount of the fine has not been disclosed.
