A father in Taldykorgan who transported his 5-year-old daughter in a dangerous position has been held liable. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, police officers in Taldykorgan identified violations of safety requirements during the transportation of a child using cameras of the operational control center.
"The video shows a 31-year-old driver operating a Changan X5 Plus car while putting his five-year-old daughter outside through an open opening in the upper part of the vehicle. The little girl's body was protruding outside up to her waist," the statement said.
On this fact, the driver, that is, the child's father, was held administratively liable. Police officers conducted a preventive conversation with the child's parents, explaining that such actions are unacceptable.
The driver was warned about the need to strictly observe safety requirements when transporting children and to prevent situations that threaten the child's life and health.
